[edit] Texas Southern University

I know it jumps off the page as a red flag that Tjeerdsma got his undergraduate degree from the primarily black Texas Southern University. When I created this article I actually called Northwest's p.r. department who then referred me to the athletic p.r. department (the website biography at the time referred to South Dakota Southern University). The athletic p.r. guy told me that it was Texas Southern. Americasroof 13:47, 9 August 2006 (UTC)

I was never comfortable with the p.r. folks since their website said Southern State in S.D. to begin with. The p.r. guy told me -- the guy's definitely from Texas. So much for trusting p.r. types. Enough searching finally pulled in the Yankton article. Americasroof 01:06, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
