Melun Diptych

Melun Diptych is an diptych created by Jean Fouquet. Completed in 1450, it currently hangs in the Royal Museum of Fine Arts, Antwerp, Belgium.

The name of the diptych came from the its original home in the Melun cathedral. The left wing depicts Etienne Chevalier with his patron saint St. Stephen while the right wing shows Virgin and Child Surrounded by Angels .
