Meltem Çolak Özmine

Meltem Çolak Özmine (1972) is a Turkish female mountaineer and one of the four woman summiters of Mount Everest from Turkey.

She was born on May 29, 1972 in Ankara, Turkey. Meltem was educated in fine arts at the Hacettepe University, Ankara, and graduated with a BA degree in graphic design. Currently, she is working as creative director.

Meltem was a member of the Turkish expedtion team comprising of six men and four women, who climbed all Mount Everest in 2006. She made the summit with the group of six mountaineers on May 24, 2006.
