Melissa Bell (born November 7, 1972) is an Australian actress and singer who starred in the popular soap opera Neighbours as Lucy Robinson.
She also appeared in the soap opera E Street as the character Janine. She left the series to appear in Neighbours, but returned to play eco-crusader Bonnie Tait. During her time on the show, Bell dated a crew member, Jason Redlich. Redlich revealed intimate details of their relationship to an English tabloid, and although they broke up, they later reconciled, married and had a child before divorcing. Bell also starred in another soap: Paradise Beach as surfer Emily Harris.[1]
She has since appeared in several lifestyle programs, such as Celebrity Overhaul.[2]
Bell has recently become a fashion designer, selling kaftans and party wear from a boutique in Double Bay.[3]
