Meliskerke (Dutch province of Zeeland. It is a part of the municipality of Veere, and lies about 8 km west of Middelburg.
) is a village in theMeliskerke was a separate municipality until 1966, when it was merged into the new municipality of Mariekerke.[1]
In 2001, the village of Meliskerke had 1201 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.30 km², and contained 372 residences.[2] The statistical area "Meliskerke", which also can include the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 1450.[3]
