Tram route 30 is a public transport service in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It runs from St. Vincent's Plaza via La Trobe St to Spencer St; during interpeak times the route operates from St Vincent's Plaza to New Quay, Docklands. Like most tram routes in Melbourne, it falls within Metcard ticketing Zone 1.

- La Trobe Street (stops 1 - 9)
- Victoria Parade, Carlton Gardens, Melbourne Museum and Royal Exhibition Building (stop 9)
- Russell Street and Old Melbourne Gaol (stop 7)
- Swanston Street, RMIT, State Library of Victoria, tram routes 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 16, 64, 67 and 72 (stop 6)
- Melbourne Central and Melbourne Central Station (stops 5 - 6)
- Elizabeth Street, Queen Victoria Market, tram routes 19, 57 and 59 (stop 5)
- William Street, Flagstaff Station and tram route 55 (stop 3)
- Flagstaff Gardens (stops 2 - 3)
- Spencer Street, tram routes 75 and 86 (stop 1)
