[edit] Services

Melbourne Bus Link services that operate through the CBD provide high frequency services coupled with long operating hours, especially compared to most other routes and rank among of Melbourne's best bus services.

For example, the Route 220 service (that runs between Sunshine and Gardenvale via City), which runs every 15 minutes (or greater) on Weekdays till Midnight, Saturdays every 15 minutes till Midnight, and half hourly on Sundays till after 10pm.

Melbourne Bus Link's local suburban services are much more in-line with the usual Melbourne standard, with Routes 215 (Highpoint - Caroline Springs) & 460 (Caroline Springs - Watergardens) for instance only running hourly at most times.
