Shall we move this article to the title MEKHELA SADOR and then have it redirected from MEKHELA CHADOR?

- If necessary, this needs to be done after a clear statement about the spelling used for Assamese words (transliteration?) is made by WikiProject Assam. Please also consider the naming and transliteration section as well during any debate. If there is a consensus through an infiormed debate then I have no objection. -Deepraj | Talk 09:41, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Font Size and Spelling Change
Hey Deepraj, can we retain the span> formatting? As I explained in the personal message, otherwise the Assamese font is small beyond recognition.
Also now I see the Assamese spelling for "mekhela chador" as "mekhola chador" ,i.e. without the e-kar on [kh]. I am wondering if this is a local problem. Please see if the following text is displayed properly on your computer:

- Priyankoo, thanks for pointing out the missing e-kar. (One of the perils of not being able to use a Indic friendly PC as well as being visually dyslectic sometimes). My sincerely apologies. However, I do strongly feel against the font size manipulation with the <span> tag. I had left a note earlier today on your talk page for clarification. Please consider those comments/questions and if we still seem to conclude there is an issue with the font size we can of course resume the conversation. By the way there is no "bo" in my name (thus deepদীপ and not dweepদ্বীপ)-Deepraj | Talk 18:15, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
