Mekinock (also Meckinock) is an unincorporated community in eastern Grand Forks County, North Dakota, United States. It lies northwest of the city of Grand Forks, the county seat of Grand Forks County.[1] Its elevation is 860 feet (262 m), and it is located at 48°0′46″N, 97°21′48″W (48.0127650, -97.3634154).[2] Although it is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 58258.[3]
