[edit] Praying mantis?

I searched this on youtube and kept coming up with praying mantis forms. Are they the same thing? - Shaggorama 16:35, 5 February 2007 (UTC)


No, the meihuaquan mentioned here is not the same as the meihua substyle of praying mantis. I'm preparing a full article on this, hopefully for fall 2008, but I'll try to make a slightly expanded stub with proper footnotes in the near future. You will have better results searching under the alternative name meihuazhuang, as there are fewer other styles that use this term. YinShenping (talk) 16:30, 19 March 2008 (UTC)
