It isn't in Iraq. That was why there were no interwiki links. It's Silvan, Turkey.

For the present I've added interwiki links to the German page about Martyropolis (the ancient city at the same location) and the corresponding Latin page; but I think it might be best to merge this page with Silvan, Turkey. Andrew Dalby 23:47, 4 June 2008 (UTC)
