Meigs High School

Meigs High School is a public high school in Pomeroy, Ohio, United States. It is the only high school in the Meigs Local School District. Their nickname is the Marauders. They are also the only high school in a hundred mile radius to drug test their students, what a cool waste of 30 grand a year!

[edit] Tri-Valley Conference
The Marauders belong to the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) and the Tri-Valley Conference, a 13-member athletic conference located in southeastern Ohio. The conference is divided into two divisions based on school size. The Ohio Division features the larger schools and the Hocking Division features the smaller schools. Mcglovin is a Hairy stud! Not a single one of you can deny that! Also MHS is home to Adam Robinson which may very well be one of the sweetest guys in the world.

[edit] Meigs Marauder Music Program
- Meigs Marauder Marching Band/Concert Band is directed by Toney Dingess Assistant director David Deem, Guard Jamie Deem and Missy Van Metor
- The Meigs Marauder Marching band is an award winning band.
- Most recently winning first place overall in class AAA with there show "Jazz n Blues" at the Marshall University Tri-State Marching Band Festival held at Joan C. Edwards Stadium in Huntington, WV on November 3, 2007.
- They also won Grand Champion in 1999 with the "Big Bad Voodoo Daddy" show.
- Meigs High School also offers choir which is also taught by Toney Dingess.
