Mehrdad Oladi Ghadikolaei (Persian: مهرداد اولادی , born May 25, 1985 in Tehran, Iran) is an Iranian footballer who currently plays for UAE League club, Al-Shabab. He usually plays in the striker position. He is known in Iran for his fascinating runs and almost impossible dribbles, and has been dubbed as Ali Karimi 2 for his dribbling skills and fabulous technique.

Mehrdad Oladi started his career at IPL giants Persepolis FC before moving to Dubai outfit Al-Shabab for one season. In August 2006 he returned to Iranian powerhouses Persepolis FC on a loan deal but moved back to Al-Shabab in March 2007 where he still has one year left of his two-year deal to serve.
He scored the winning goal in Tehran derby on November 3, 2006 against Esteghlal FC, rivals of Persepolis.

Oladi was a member of Iran national under-23 football team that participated at the 2006 Asian Games.
