Mehmet Akgün (born August 6, 1986 in Bielefeld) is a Turkish-German footballer who currently plays for Kasımpaşa S.K.. In the 2005/06 season, he played in the amateur Borussia team, however he has been picked several times for the first team squad and has played one Bundesliga game.
He was transferred to Kasımpaşa S.K. in 2007.[1]
The 30th January of 2008 Akgün signed a contract at Dutch side Willem II, where he will play the next 1,5 year.[2]
