Prince Mehmed Orhan Efendi (July 11, 1909 - March 12, 1994) was the 42nd head of the Ottoman dynasty. He was born at Serencebey the son of Prince Mehmed Abdülkadir (1878-1944) and Mihriban Hanim (1890-1956). Prince Mehmed Orhan was a grandson of Abdul Hamid II. He succeeded as head of the Ottoman dynasty on December 9, 1983 following the death of Prince Ali Vâsib.
Prince Mehmed Orhan was married twice and had one daughter and one son.
