Talk:Megapass
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The text of the original Megapass article was nearly verbatim the text of the Thrunet article. After a little research, I found that Megapass is a service, not a company, and that the claims about a division called "Internet Reference" controlling the calling card market are unsubstantiated (indeed, I couldn't even find anything called "internet reference" on the Megapass or KT Corp sites). Next I'll be checking the Hanara Telecom entry, which has, again, nearly the exact same text. Her Pegship 06:15, 6 December 2005 (UTC)
- Text in question is: "(Company name here) is a Seoul-based Korea's telecom company, one of the largest providers of high-speed broadband internet access in South Korea. The company also is one of the largest telephone companies in South Korea, one of only two companies licensed to provide local telephone access. A division of the company known as (Division name here) controls a large portion of the South Korean calling card market."
