Like Mega Man Anniversary Collection, all of the Action Replay GameCube codes for this collection cannot join for one and these are group in the different games in this collection instead.

The rest of the games are based on their PlayStation renditions, which X4 and X6 later re-released in Singapore's AMK Hub.
