Megalakkos or Megalakos (Greek: Σπήλαιο Μεγάλακκος spilai(e)o Megalak(k)os), accented forms: Megálakkos or Megálakos is a cave located north of the village of Klidonia in the Ioannina Prefecture, it is located in the north bank of the Voidomati river. Next to the cave is Kleidi cave located 500 m west.

English archeological findings that were done between 1983 and 1986 revealed the cave with a height of 2 m, it contained bone, stone, animal and other bones which dates back between 20,000 and 12,000 years ago, they were part of the Paleolithic Era in Greece.
Analogous findings with the were founded by the same archeological team in the neighboring Megalakkos cave.
