Megadontomys is a genus of rodent in the Cricetidae family, found in Mexico. It contains the following species:
- Oaxaca Giant Deer Mouse (Megadontomys cryophilus)
- Nelson's Giant Deer Mouse (Megadontomys nelsoni)
- Thomas's Giant Deer Mouse (Megadontomys thomasi)
