Megabowl is a trading name of Tenpin Ltd, a subsidiary of Georgica PLC. The "Megabowl" brand has gradually been replaced by the new "Tenpin" brand, with only a handful of Megabowl branded sites remaining.
[edit] Tenpin
Tenpin is the name of a chain of tenpin bowling alleys in the UK. Tenpin operates 39 bowling centres which makes it the largest tenpin bowling operator in the country. Centres typically include a licenced bar, amusement arcade, American pool tables and a "Take 10" food bar. Some centres have a 'Quasar Laser" and a "Lil Pins" children's adventure playground.
Tenpin has over the past two years gradually converted the majority of Megabowl branded sites to the new "Tenpin" brand, which has seen a massive refurbishment programme taking place at the majority of centres.
