MeGUI is an Open Source GUI to encode primary ISO MPEG-4 material. It's GPL-licensed and written in .NET 2.0/C#. It can also be used to create AviSynth scripts (AVS), multiplex (mux) multimedia streams, and encode audio.
- Input: almost anything that has a VfW or DirectShow decoder installed (through the use of AVS), AVI, D2V, VOB/TS/MPG/PVA
- Video codecs: x264, XviD, Libavcodec MPEG-4, Snow
- Audio codecs: AAC (Faac, ND), MP3 (LAME), Vorbis
- Containers supported by meGUI's internal muxer frontend: MP4, MKV, AVI (see also MP4Box).
