I would like to help with mediation, because I think I'm good at finding ways to connect to multiple sides in a dispute, am good at seeing all sides, and trying to bring different perspectives together, or at least helping people see each others point of view. I have been on Wikipedia for 2 years (not yet an admin), and have tried to be a voice for civility and dialogue. I also know how to ask for advice when I feel I need it. For some reason I had in my head that Improv is a user who has been uncivil at times, but I can't find any evidence of why I thought this. Probably had him confused with someone else. Support. Andre (talk) 08:46, Dec 27, 2004 (UTC)
