It's been suggested we have a committee meeting to looks at the current position of the committee and the future direction.

Because some of the current members may be leaving to join the arbitration committee, I've suggested this meeting includes ex-mediators as well as current mediators. This will give an opportunity for anyone who has left the committee to give their input and add their experiences.

From the first couple of replies on timing - it seems the Sunday 2nd or Saturday 8th January may be possible, perhaps at 1pm UTC. Not as early as hoped, but obviously the time of year makes it tricky.

Looks like we need to get the ball rolling again. Please see the mediation committee meeting invite I've sent out and email me responses (pgunn@dachte.org) before Monday, 7 February. --Improv 17:44, 4 Feb 2005 (UTC)
