From what I can see, the question is whether the correct link is to Roman Empire or Western Roman Empire and Eastern Roman Empire. All three overlap chronologically, the article Roman Empire claims 31BC - 1461, the article Western Roman Empire claims 286 - 476, the article Eastern Roman Empire claims 330 - 1453. 209.78.19.122 19:21, 8 February 2006 (UTC)
