[edit] Note re refs
Because of the great number of references to books used, I've had to deviate from the standard Wikipedia reference system slightly. One source occurs about 80 times, so the last ref would be in thr order of dc! However, it should be still clear where the reference is from. Mjroots (talk) 13:53, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
