I can see no justification for this article. As I said in my comment on the discussion page, It seems to be simply based on the fact that the Medway Valley Countryside Partnership is looking after the interests of PART of the river valley. Now all sorts of additional things having the words "Medway Valley" have crept in! In any case it is untrue to say that the valley is "from Tonbridge to Rochester" surely? [edit] Why a separate article?

" ... from Tonbridge to Rochester, Kent"! What on earth does that mean? This article is based entirely on the fact that the Medway Valley Countryside Partnership is looking after the interests of part of the River Medway. Why it should need a separate article from River Medway is a puzzle ... no wonder Wikipedia has so many articles!!!! Peter Shearan 09:30, 9 December 2005 (UTC)

  • I wrote the above almost two years ago and it still remains! Peter Shearan 07:55, 11 November 2007 (UTC)
  • Merge. It has out lived its use. I have an opposite problem- there is a demand for a Medway Valley Walk- a footpath that follows exactly the path of the River Medway- needed because all footpaths have an article- but just repetitious! ClemRutter (talk) 09:48, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
