I had the privilege to watch two of the rearest animals in its natural enviroment and it was nor planned either. It happened in southern Peloponnese region of Mani penissula. It was an adult with two juveniles and it was the cuttest thing I ;ve ever beholded. Too bad the fishermen hunt them mercilessly for ruining their nets. There is also a beach very near to where I saw the monk seal that is a nesting ground of Caretta caretta sea turtles, I had seen hatchlings trying (and succeeding) to reach the sea under the moonlight (also not planned). You may turn green with jealiousness!
