Thought I'd add an explanation for the importance rating: No matter how important these repositories of knowledge are, or how substantial the article becomes, I doubt that this article will be a popular topic for someone looking to learn about medicine. A similar 'library' project would doubtless rate it higher. WhatamIdoing 18:10, 22 October 2007 (UTC)
