[edit] Uh
Uh...medical geology sounds rather specious as a field. The examples given are fairly unconvincing as to their relevance as any facet of geology. Rolinator 14:08, 26 January 2006 (UTC)
- Did a bit of googling & came up w/ some valid references. Seems like they are redefining a variety of environmental problems as this new field. Anyway the references will provide lots of material for article expansion whenever anyone feels the urge :-) Could be tied in with geological forensics or forensic geology, but I guess there's no article on that (or what name would it be?), hey - I've got a book on it, maybe I'd best write one ... yeah - someday. Yes, it here are a few papers in the references section but not much meat is available. Lots of research needed. It looks like the field is just getting off the ground. Ok, so medical geology is a specialty of geology, butWhat are the core principles of medical geology? Issues? Notable medical geologists? Prospect77 01:23, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
