[edit] Electronica?
Considering that the album is almost entirely a cappella (though some of the voices have been electronically processed), is it accurate to classify it into the genre electronica? --Arteitle 01:13, Sep 8, 2004 (UTC)
perhaps just "pop" or "alternative music"???... although it's really not strictly either. they should just invent a "björk music" category ;)
I have 2 questions of my own- 1) why is "Who is it?" a link? and 2) is the track order correct here? on my CD tracks 7 - 10 are in a different order than what's here... swidly 01:33, 8 Sep 2004 (UTC)
For classification, I would put it in "World beat". It's a very nice album even though my wife couldn't stomach it. Oh well. I like it a lot. Christopher Mahan (too lazy to log in just now)
Alright. I'm having troubles with the genre classification of this album. I wouldn't classify it in electronica, or worldbeat. this is very annoying. The "definition" of worldbeat is the fusion of folk music with other modern influences. I don't think that... well you know what I mean. no folk music is fused... I think it would do the album more justice to make the genre ???. or something. --ppk80
She fuses icelandic folk music with modern influences.
[edit] Move
I put up a move request to move this to Medúlla. No need for the (album) part when Medúlla redirects to this. gren グレン 05:45, 31 August 2005 (UTC)
This article has been renamed after the result of a move request. Dragons flight 06:22, September 7, 2005 (UTC)"
[edit] "Sonnets/unrealities XI" instrumentation
I think this song has a synthesizer, or at least something that is not a human voice.
[edit] Medúlla not Spanish
A very small side note: the correcct Spanish spelling would be médula, with a single L and stressed on the first syllable. So I believe Medúlla must be some other language. - Sergi —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 83.39.43.179 (talk) 20:05, 12 March 2007 (UTC).
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Medulla.jpg
Image:Medulla.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
