Members of the Ravidasi faith meditate using a Mantra given to them at their initiation by the Sant.
Ravidasias are generally taught to meditate on the name of God that Guru Ravidass used, ਹਾਿੰਰ Hari, and to meditate on the word ਸੋਹੰ Sohang.
