Medina Township is one of twelve townships in Warren County, Indiana, USA. It was one of the original four created when the county was organized in 1827. As of the 2000 census, its population was 452.

Medina Township covers an area of 27.15 square miles (70.33 square kilometers); of this, 0.23 square miles (0.6 square kilometers) or 0.85 percent is water. The stream of Armstrong Creek runs through this township.
