Medijana (Медијана) is the central, and most populous, municipality of the City of Niš in Serbia. Constituted on 6 June 2002, the municipality currently has a population of some 100,000.

The municipality borders Pantelej municipality in the north, Niška Banja municipality in the east, Palilula municipality in the south, and Crveni Krst municipality in the west.
