Medialab Technology is a leading post-production company located in Paris, France. The company was founded in 1991 by French master Alain Guillon. President and CEO Gerard Mital has run the company since 1993. It acquired the animation company In Fine Films in 1998.

The company has been accused of conspiring with the SPPF to hijack the shareaza.com website and offer an unrelated software package in it's place as well as setting up a system to make existing Shareaza clients 'upgrade' to this software.[1]
