"Media Naranja" is Fey's debut single. It is also the first single from her homonimous debut album. It was released during the second quarter of 1995.
The song was written by Mexican Jose Ramon Flores. He wrote many of the songs for the album, including "Gatos en el Balcon and "Me enamoro de ti". "Me enamoro de ti" was planned by Sony to be released as the first single from the album, but after a few changes in songs, "Media Naranja" was selected instead.[citation needed]
