The Media Development Authority (Abbreviation: MDA; simplified Chinese: 媒体发展管理局) is a statutory board of the Singapore Government, under the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts (MICA). It oversees the motion picture rating system in Singapore.

The MDA became popular on the internet when a rap featuring their senior management was posted on Youtube.
