Medical Company, 31 Reserve Logistics Support Battlion (LSB for short) is an Irish Reserve Defence Forces Company of the Medical Corps.

It was formed on 1st October 2005 during the reorganisation of the Irish Reserve Defence Forces when the 1st (Cork) and 3rd (Limerick and Tipperary) Field Medical Companies were amalgamated together to form Medical Company, 31 Reserve LSB. Medical Company, 31 Reserve LSB now covers Cork, Limerick and Tipperary. The Battalion contents 3 elements camp staff, transport and medical.

The Medical Company has the responsibility of maintaining health and preventing disease in 1 Southern Brigade and providing treatment of its sick and wounded. It's Company Headquarters is in Sarsfield Barracks, Limerick.
