Description

URUZGAN, Afghanistan (March 31, 2005) – Col. Richard Itines from the U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Task Force Victory, gives medical assistance to a local national and his little brother at Deh Rawod fire base, Uruzgan, Afghanistan, March 25. Coalition forces are giving medical assistance to locals and their livestock that do not have access to medical care. U.S. Army photo by Spc. Johnny R. Aragon.
