This bloke says:

At the end of the entry on Meckling, which gives a nice little write up about the community being called "The Hay Capital Of The Universe," (a direct poke at its neighbor to the west Gayville, which is well-known throughout the Missouri Valley as being the much more provable "Hay Capital of The World"), there is a line that will shock all visitors to the website.
