Sniper cannon?- I played the game a lot, but i never saw a sniper cannon, a "sniper" weapon aught to be long range and not medium, and its name is very unlike battletech as descirbes a tactical concept (snipe warfare) rather then a technological concept (i.e Particle Projection cannon) general description (i.e long range missle) or code name(i.e thunderbolt, long tom).
- There is a Sniper Cannon weapon in Desperate Measures expansion, it is available for IS only and is, essentially, a medium-range Long Tom. It is considered canon as it has been featured in tabletop Battletech games already. Erratic Communist 13:12, 28 April 2007 (UTC)
