Mechanical horse

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A bucking bronco was originally cowboy slang for a horse that jumps about with stiffened knees and an arched back.[1] However, mechanical versions are now used as amusement rides. For example: In Bertrand Island Amusement Park (in Bertrand Island, New Jersey), a mechanical bucking bronco ride was introduced in the 1930s, under the name of "Ride 'Em Cowboy!".[2]
