Meaghan Jette Martin (born February 17, 1992 in Las Vegas, Nevada) is an American actress and singer. She currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her vocal range is a soprano.

Meaghan's acting career began when she booked the first of many national commercials at the age of five. Some of her earliest work were commericals for Barbie and Cabbage Patch Kids. Her first professional job was a runway modeling job for a Disney fashion show when she was five. Meaghan has had roles on The Suite Life Of Zack and Cody, Just Jordan and Close to Home. She will star as a lead in the upcoming Disney Channel movie, Camp Rock alongside the Jonas Brothers. She plays the lead character, Tess Tyler, who is the antagonist. In addition to acting on screen, Meaghan has a long list of credits in community theater, including lead roles in plays such as Dorothy Meets Alice, Sleeping Beauty, and A Christmas Carol. In 2007, she had a small role in the movie, Privileged starring Nikki Reed and Caitlin Wachs.[1] She recently set up her own YouTube Channel.
