Thanks for your note about Skip Dale. The page was deleted because it didn't meet Wikipedia's definition of notability; it takes more than a declaration that one is a candidate for office to confer notability, and you may want to familiarize yourself with the relevant Wikipedia standards before attempting to re-post the article, since multiple attempts to re-post a deleted article may make it impossible for you to do so in the future. Thanks, though, for being refreshingly honest about your motivation; I'll return the favour by suggesting that Wikipedia administrators dislike the idea of Wikipedia being thought of as a cheap method of political advertising. If there's something I can do to be of assistance, such as pointing you to where you can research the relevant policies, you can leave a further note on my talk page.
