MCVSD Law Enforcement Program

The Monmouth County Vocational School District Law Enforcement Program is a two-year shared time public high school program in which students in their Junior and Senior year spend half of their day learning and studying about Law Enforcement. Students have the ability to earn up to 9 College credits that can be used at Brookdale Community College. Currently, the program is housed in the Biotechnology High School building in Freehold Township, New Jersey, United States.

Students enrolled in the Law Enforcement program study a wide arrow of areas related to the field of Law Enforcement. They include but are not limited to Criminal Investigation, NJ Criminal Law 2C, NJ Traffic Laws, Police Report Writing, Forensic Science, Arrest Procedures, History of Policing, The Court System, Arrest, Search, & Seizure, Uniform Crime Reporting & Statistics, First Aid & CPR, Motor Vehicle Crash Investigation, Community Policing, Computer Applications, Law Enforcement Hiring Preparation, Introduction to Corrections, and Emergency Telecommunications
