Just a comment not worthy of appearing on the actual page, in the northeast stairwell there is (or was when I attended, from 1988-1991) a door that entered into a short stairwell that descended into a small room. West of this room was a short hallway that led into a long storage tunnel that contained Civil Defense-labeled barrels of water, and probably food. The tunnel extended north-south under the east hallway and turned the corner under the north hallway. I didn't go down it, merely looked in. The access to this was via another student that was doing a project in holography and needed to use the small room mentioned above due to it being the most stable (not subject to vibrations) in the building. This was probably in 1990.
