[edit] Summary
McLaren Formula One logo without engine supplier/sponsors, suitable for use in historic articles.
[edit] Fair use for McLaren, McLaren MP4/8
This image, Mclaren_logo_(old).gif, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Diniz) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- it is a low resolution copy of a company logo;
- it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to use the logo in any way;
- copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the logo;
- the logo is significant because it was used by a well-known Formula One constructor, McLaren.
