McKinnon is a railway station in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, located in the suburb of McKinnon on the Frankston railway line. It is in Metcard Zones 1+2 overlap.

Steam trains stop at McKinnon station and run through to Mordialloc station during the annual McKinnon Road fair, which is held on the 12th of November.

Trains from the city often run express through McKinnon on weekday afternoons.

McKinnon station is unmanned.

The station is located on the northern side of the McKinnon Road level crossing. Shops are located near the station including a newsagency, a bakery, a hairdresser and more. There is also a bus stop that goes to Chadstone and East Brighton.

The station consists of three platforms, two in an island format. The island platform (platform 1&2) contains a semi-large brick building, while platform 3 has a small brick building. A large Metcard machine is located at the entrance to platforms 1&2, which is able to dispense most ticketing options available and also accept notes and coins. A small Metcard machine is located at the entrance to platform 3.

Both platforms can be accessed via McKinnon Road.

People can access platforms 1 and 2 by walking across the level crossing or via the underpass, which links the three platforms.

There are car parking facilities located on either side of the station.

McKinnon Station opened on Monday, 1st September 1884 as McKinnon Road. It was later renamed to McKinnon in 1885.
