The McGill Outdoors Club (abbr. MOC), formerly known as McGill Outing Club (renamed due to confusing meaning of the word Outing) is a Student club founded in 1936 by McGill University Athletics, but open to everyone.
On an average year, the club has over 400 members who join the club to participate in all sorts of outdoors activities like Hiking, Cycling, Skiing, Snowboarding, Telemarking, Paddling, Climbing and many others. On good days the club is outdoors.
It is the largest student outdoors club in Montreal, if not Canada, and definitely one of the oldest.
