[edit] A welcome from Sango123

Hello, Mcfresh, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions; I hope you like the place and decide to stay. We're glad to have you in our community! Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Though we all make goofy mistakes, here is what Wikipedia is not. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to see the help pages or add a question to the village pump. The Community Portal can also be very useful.

Happy editing!

P.S. Regarding B-52 Stratofortress: Please be careful not to remove content from Wikipedia without a valid reason, which you should specify in the edit summary or on the article's talk page. Thank you.

[edit] B-52

If you are responsible for repeatedly reinserting the material about the Linebacker raids into the B-52 article, please do not do so without discussing it on the talk page first.

The additions have three problems: 1) they are too lengthy for an overview article about the B-52, 2) they are not compliant with the WP:NPOV policy, which means that opinions must be explicitly attributed and that all major opinions on an issue must be fairly represented (so fair coverage of what you've described as "semi-fiction" needs to be included), and finally you don't cite sources. Until these are addressed the material will remain unsuitable for inclusion to the B-52 article. --Robert Merkel 04:55, 24 April 2006 (UTC)

I see you have re-inserted the material again. I have reverted your edit and will continue to do so until you can provide some credible references to substantiate any of your claims — the burden of proof on Wikipedia always lies with the editor submitting the material. If you have questions, please discuss them on the Talk:B-52 Stratofortress page. Thank you. - Emt147 Burninate! 16:11, 27 April 2006 (UTC)
