I saw the HTML tag, but the article was created 3 weeks ago and wikipedia shouldn't be a placeholder forever; I don't see why you didn't just wait until you had something to put in it to create it with one sentence. The construction template would be more appropriate than an HTML template as well, as it let's the public know the article isn't just junk without having to edit the article.
